Necar Zadegan is a German actress born on the 20th of July 1982 in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. She holds German citizenship, and then later gained American nationality. Necar gained fame for her role in the show after she was awarded the part of the First Lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 television action show. Necar also acts as professional model.
