Nancy Wilson is a Grammy Award winner in jazz. Her birth date was 20th February 1937 in Chillicothe Ohio, to Olden Wilson who worked at the ironworks as well as Lillian Ryan, a former domestic worker. Nancy was the youngest out of six kids. Nancy was inspired by her father's music taste and the records that were played in her home. When she was just 4, Nancy already knew her destiny was to be a singer. The talent she had developed was discovered by singing with the choir of her church. The show was on television when she 15 and began being a regular on the tv show Skyline Melodies while still in high school. When she was 15years old, Nancy started her journey in night clubs. Nancy was a high school graduate at the age of 17 and then attended the Ohio's Central State College, now Central State University for a full year. After that, she left to pursue a job as professional musician. In 1956, she recorded her debut album in Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band with who she performed on tour between 1956 until 1958. Nancy recorded her first album through Dot Records during the time she was with the group. Cannonball adderley advised her to move into New York in order to improve her career. The city she went to was The Big Town, New York in 1959. She was hired to sing in The Blue Morocco Night Club in The Bronx which was where her agent had seen her. The singer made her debut in 1960 by releasing a single after he obtained a deal with Capitol records. Guess Who You Saw Today. Her records were successful and Capitol issued 5 Nancy Wilson albums in two years. Initially focusing on blues and rhythm under Adderley's influence, she began to move away from R&B and embraced music from jazz and torch. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley joined forces in 1962 and allowed her to climb the charts. By 1963 she had the biggest success with Tell Me the Truth. In the following year, she was asked to perform at the New York's Coconut Grove, the most famous nightclub in America.
Maisie Richardson Sellers (born Maisie Elizabeth Sellers) is an British actor and TV actress. She played the role of Chloe's lead in the Netflix film The Kissing Booth. She played Michal who was her daughter from King Saul in the ABC's biblical series Of Kings and Prophets.
