Suzanne Pleshette is an American actor as well as a voiceover artist. Through her more than five decades of career, she's accumulated nearly 100 credits. Pleshette is an New York native who began her acting career on stage. Then she made the move to screen. She's appeared in a number of films including "The Birds", Rome Adventure", Fate Is the Hunter" If it's Tuesday this must be Belgium" as well as "Support the Local Gunfighter". There was also a diverse range of roles on TV and in television movies. She received four Emmy Awards nominations and was also nominated twice for Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette, who was twice nominated, won an Emmy Award and the Laurel Award for 'The Birds" in 1963. Her death in 2008 led to the posthumous recognition of a Star along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
